A classic squishy Blondie, made with very-low gluten, and infused it with a zip of lemon, chopped pistachios and sweet white chocolate buttons. A pure textural delight! We’ve gone all out and topped this fudgy base with a shell of lemony white chocolate and finished it with a generous sprinkle of chopped pistachios.
