Because all of our products are food items, we unfortunately can’t take returns once they’ve left our store – it’s the only way to guarantee everything we sell stays safe and fresh.

But don’t worry – if something arrives damaged, defective, or not quite as it should be, we’ll sort it out quickly. Just drop us an email at refunds@fillery.store

within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and a quick note about the problem. A photo helps too, if you can.

Once we’ve checked things over, we’ll arrange a full refund back to your original payment method.

We want you to feel confident shopping with us, knowing that while we can’t take food back, we’re always here to make sure you’re happy with what you receive.
